Stunning is the best way to describe this cotton knit shrug.  Bright colors with soft pink flowers accented with hot fix crystals and blue/green fold over elastic trim as accents.  Fastens with turquoise ribbon adorned with tiny tassles.   Great to wear over a tank top or sleeveless top or when you need an extra layer.
